We had an amazing stay that Friday at Trishuli Riverside Resort, located along the Prithvi Highway in Malinga, Benighat, Dhading (45100). As we arrived around 6:00 PM, snacks were already prepared, which felt incredibly welcoming after the long ride.
The ambiance was lively, guests at the bar were enjoying music, and the resort was buzzing with energy. Despite being quite crowded, the staff delivered services smoothly without any issues.
The rooms were cozy and warm, and the food was absolutely delicious. One of the best parts is that all meals, snacks, dinner, and breakfast were included in the package.

Our team from Spyders Lab (10 people in total) had booked the Camping and BBQ package. We rode in on bikes from Kathmandu; however, the resort also offers a pickup service via van for those who prefer it.
After a nearly 2.5-hour ride (yes, your back will feel it!), we arrived and met with Uddhav Dai, the resort owner. We decided to pitch our tents right at the riverbank—a fantastic decision that made the night unforgettable.
After settling in and freshening up, we headed for snacks.
The snack buffet included:
Note: You get one round only, so be sure to fill your plate!
We paired our snacks with chilled beers while soaking in the sounds of Trishuli and laughter among friends. The lights, music, and company made the atmosphere magical.

As the night progressed, the DJ turned up the energy. With almost everyone slightly tipsy and cheerful, dancing was inevitable.
It was a blast! We danced until the DJ tried to turn off the music, but a bit of pleading gave us another 10 minutes of pure fun. Meanwhile, other guests were around the campfire, enjoying barbecue sessions.
Our BBQ prep was running late, so we first headed for dinner, which turned out to be a highlight of the trip.
Dinner Menu:
The aroma, taste, and vibe made it one of the most satisfying moments of our stay.
After dinner, we returned to our tent, where we had a fire ready and chicken marinated. We grilled it ourselves while playing music on a Bluetooth speaker—with the river roaring beside us.
Honestly, I don’t even remember when I fell asleep, but the tent was surprisingly warm and cozy. No cold air managed to disturb our peaceful night.
We woke up fresh the next morning, greeted by birds and river sounds.
Breakfast included:
It was the perfect way to wrap up our Trishuli Riverside Resort experience.
From the location and food to the music and riverfront camping, this was a memorable escape for our entire team. The hospitality, even during a packed weekend, was commendable.
If you’re planning a welcome program, group trip, or weekend getaway, Trishuli Riverside Resort offers everything: adventure, nature, food, music, and comfort.
